Halloween

We had such a fun time trick-or-treating!Peyton definately got the hang of it this year...Cooper wasn't too sure about what was going on, but he sure liked the candy. Peyton was able to run around with her best friends-Jayden and Cole and Cooper was with his best buddy, Owen.

My Favorite Princesses!

Peyton and Jayden dressed up in their Halloween costumes for a morning of reverse trick-or-treating :) Here are a few of the people we went to see-Papa at FL College Academy(it was mix-up day if you're wondering about his clothes) and Gaga up at the Admin. Bldg. I think the kids ate more cookies than they delivered!

Rays Fanatics!

We had such a fun weekend...thanks to the Rays! Thursday and Friday we went to the playoff games (minus the kiddos) and had fun cheering them on with the Tellys! Sunday we celebrated Preston's big 3-0 birthday (a bit early). GO RAYS!

Peyton turns 3!!

I can't believe my baby is 3 years old :( We had a blast with the family-staying at our favorite Disney Hotel, eating birthday cake at Rainforest Cafe, going to the Bibity-Bobity-Boutique and finishing off at Grandmama and Beth's house for presents and cake. Here are a few pictures at the boutique where Peyton had an amazing time being transformed into a princess...all for the price of a small country!

Our Little Ballerina...Maybe

Well, Peyton has been counting down the days, looking forward to her first day of Ballet. She's been living in her leotard and dance shoes. And she made it through...5 minutes. Then the crying began :( The other little girls were 4 and 5 years old-and looked so much older than little Peyton. Hopefully next week will be better. But we got a good laugh pulling in the driveway, when Cooper (being babysat by Gaga) was playing with a neighbor wearing no shorts on and purple glittery sandals.

I've turned into one of those mom's I used to laugh at...I let Peyton wear her tacky, pink sparkly dress-up shoes and hat out for the day.(I convinced her take the pink boa off, at least) I never thought I'd buy anything that was tacky, pink, and plastered with Disney Princess', and I do...all the time. Now I'm ready for Cooper to want to wear cowboy boots with P.J.'s out in public-I used to laugh at those mom's, too.

Our Little Deputy

Thought Coop looked too cute in Daddy's hat. The hat almost fits-seeing as how Cooper is a 31 pound big guy! Luckily Preston doesn't have to wear this uniform anymore...the shirts aren't fun to iron...but Cooper loves the pins, badges, and gear on the uniform.

Siesta Key

We just got back from spending a couple of days at Siesta Key. I don't know which the kids enjoyed more-playing at the beach or having a hotel room right next to Gaga and Papa. Peyton even made a new friend right away who helped her build sand castles...they had a good time, even though her little friend only spoke Ukrainian :)

Our 4th of July Weekend

We had a great 4th of July weekend! It started off with the Temple Terrace parade Friday morning and Peyton rode the FCA float with Papa. Preston, Cooper and I found a shady spot to watch not too far away and thought we would rescue Peyton from the heat on her way down the parade route. When she finally rode by, we took her off the float only to have her crying, "I want back on-I want to be with Papa". So, Preston ran down the parade route and put her back on the float. Cooper had fun running around collecting lots of candy!

Later that afternoon my dad's entire family came over to eat and the kids had fun meeting their second cousins for the first time-Max and Ana, who are from Boston. We took the party to Gaga and Papa's house where the kids swam and Papa entertained us with fire works.

Saturday was Jer's big day...the most beautiful wedding I've ever seen! We had a great time and Peyton did a fantastic job as flower girl. There's not a shy bone in her body! She walked down the isle talking to people along the way and half way down she yelled, "Oh Mommy-there you are! There you are!" We were proud of Cooper, too, who did great with a babysitter, other than Gaga and Papa, for the first time.

I'm not sure I know what I'm doing...

Thought we would set this up to share photos with family and friends too far away to see these two...who are growing like weeds! As we speak Peyton is at the Rays game with Gaga and Papa. We got a phone call saying she won over the cheerleaders and ended up in their truck, on the field, for a pre-game show. Being the ham she is-she loved waving to everyone in the stadium.
Cooper has just started saying a few words...finally (: This week he said "Sissy" for Peyton and "baby".
